Somatic Sundays Class Format:
Focus on full-body meditation and regulation through guided light movement, somatic sensing, reflection, and a closing alignment sound bath with singing bowls.
What to Expect:
Expect a chill, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore movement and sensation for nervous system regulation to cultivate a sustainable embodiment practice.
What to Wear/Bring:
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Participants can wear socks or be barefoot. Bring water and a notetaking tool of your choice for class reflections.
