Each session focuses on accessible mindfulness through low-impact, guided movement, meditation, and sound frequencies, with the intention to understand our inner systems and learn how to better regulate, leading to conscious habit development, stress reduction, enhanced mobility, and deeper embodiment.

Together on Zoom, we explore somatic awareness through stillness and reflection, leveraging meditation, breathwork, and reflective conversation.
